To ensure Bubble Speed functions properly, please:

  • ensure your mobile device has sufficient memory,
  • ensure your device is running the most recent version of its operating system,
  • close all other running applications,
  • power off your device for a few minutes then relaunch the application,
  • remove and reinstall the application.

If you are still experiencing problems after carrying out these troubleshooting tips, simply send an email to our support team by clicking on 'Submit A Request' which can be found in the top right corner of this page.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • the name and version/model of your mobile device
  • your device's current operating system (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing.
