Troubleshooting

To ensure the Little Diggers app functions properly, please:

  • ensure your mobile device has sufficient memory
  • ensure your device is running the most recent version of its operating system
  • close all other running applications
  • power off your device for a few minutes then relaunch the application

If you are still experiencing problems after carrying out these troubleshooting tips, simply send an email to our support team by clicking on 'Submit A Request' which can be found in the top right corner of this page. Please include the following information in your email:

  • the name and version/model of your mobile device
  • your device's current operating system (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing.

To ensure your game state and purchases are saved and transferable to other compatible devices, select "Use iCloud" upon installation of the application. If this feature is not activated, we will not be liable for the loss of any purchased items.
